The infrared sauna was incredible and even connected to Netflix, so I could unwind and watch a show while detoxing. I also tried the cold plunge for the first time, and even though I was a little scared, Amy made me feel completely comfortable and encouraged me through it. The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and welcoming. Everyone who works here is so kind and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Amy also carries amazing skincare products, which is such a great bonus for anyone who loves self-care. I highly recommend The Body Lab to anyone looking to treat themselves and just relax. It’s the perfect place to take care of both your body and your mind.

On top of using the infrared saunas, Amy also provides the BEST facials that are individually catered to what your skin needs. Highly recommend this place!

IM A DISABLED MILITARY VETERAN AND MY MOTHER IS A RETIRED SENIOR CITIZEN WITH HEALTH ISSUES, & WE WHERE TREATED THE WORST BY THIS LADY ! AFTER I AGREED TO A 10 DAY PACKAGE OF 100$ WITH ACCESS TO INFRARED SAUNA , COLD PLUNGES , AND THERAPY BOOT . ON MY MOTHERS 3RD VISIT SHE ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE MORE FOR USE OF WHAT I WAS ALREADY OFFERED TO BEGIN WITH . THIS LADY ISN'T A PERSON THAT WILL KEEP HER WORD AND SEEMS EXTREMELY PRESSED FOR MONEY. IF YOU MANAGE TO READ THIS FIND A LOCATION THAT UNDERSTANDS COSTUMERS NEEDS . I WAS OFFERED 2 EXTRA USES OF THE LOCATION AND STILL HAD 6 MORE USES OF LOCATION & TODAY AFTER WE DIDN'T WHAT SHE WANTED US TO SPEND AN ADDITIONAL 220 +100 SHE THEN TERMINATED OUR ARRANGEMENT. AND WAS VERY DISTASTEFUL DOING SO. IVE NEVER FELT SO DISRESPECTED BY A SERVICE IT IS I PAID FOR ! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION 🚫 BEWARE !!!
