She kept stating I didn’t have an appointment today and then changed her story that my appointment was later on in the day. I felt very discriminated and confused why she was acting like this. She was not being profesional. I decided to keep quite at first and just try to get my hearing aids checked but she still kept complaining that I didn’t have an appointment for today and I showed her proof of confirmation for my appointment today at 8:45am and she didn’t even apologize for making up lies.
