At YogaSix, we're all about a sensory yoga experience accessible to all. Each of the yoga classes we offer at YogaSix has a specific focus and produces specific body benefits. Whether you’re looking for strength, agility, or flexibility and balance, we have the yoga fit classes for you. We are diligent in keeping a clean and welcoming environment. All studio practice areas are thoroughly sanitized before and after class. Please note we have a no late policy and no phones on in the practice room. We want everyone to enjoy their hour in class without distractions. We look forward to seeing you on your mat!

Why I’m docking stars: This morning I woke up early to make class and the person next to me had a loud, constant cough with obvious congestion. I don’t want to get sick, so I packed up and left. During cold and flu season this really matters. Easy fixes that would help: • Post and reinforce a clear “no class if you’re sick” policy at check-in and in reminder emails. • Offer sick-day leniency on late cancels so people aren’t tempted to show up while symptomatic. • Empower instructors and front desk to kindly ask visibly ill students to skip the session and reschedule. • Provide masks and tissues at the door as a gentle nudge. I like this studio and want to keep coming. If the illness policy is consistently enforced, this is an easy 5-star experience.

I only need to do today maybe once or 2x per month so their membership isn't the best for every once in a while . Also yoga 101 and yoga recovery feels the same. Not sure how the other classes our cause my 3class pass pass expired in one week. 👎🏼
