  Planet Fitness;- 1670 E 4th St, Ontario, CA 91764 Date of Incident: November 6, 2025, around 10:12 PM Hello planet fitness management, I am a paying Planet Fitness member, and I am writing this review to request a serious investigation into a frightening and unprofessional incident that happened to me at this location on November 6. That night, i was driving my white Ram ProMaster van at around 10:12 PM after I parked , preparing my bag and getting ready to go in for my workout. Suddenly, the security guard on duty came knocking to my car and started harassing me aggressively for no reason. He kept shouting, “This is private property! you need to leave!” even though I clearly told him I am a Planet Fitness member I just pulled over and my gym is right here. I explained that I just arrived and was getting ready to come inside, but he refused to listen. Other people in their cars sitting next to me before even spoke up and told him, “She just pulled up less than 10 minutes ago!” But he still ignored them, continued yelling at me, and then called the police while making false accusations against me. I had only been parked for less than 15 minutes. The way he acted was completely out of control. He kept demanding that I “open the door!” while yelling and acting very aggressive, almost like he was losing control. I was scared and shaking, especially as a woman alone at night. I did not feel safe at all. Within few minutes, two police cars arrived because of his false report. I cooperated fully and show them my membership explained the truth to the officers that I am a paying member who just arrived to work out. They understood, but I was left traumatized and embarrassed. Afterward, I went inside the gym and informed the staff at the front desk about what happened. The security guy when he done this kind of stuff or behavior, not his first time I also found out from others that this same security guard has harassed other Planet Fitness members before, which makes me even more concerned for everyone’s safety. What happened was abuse and harassment, and it is completely unacceptable. NO WOMAN, NO MEMBER , should ever be treated like this on Planet Fitness property. I felt violated, unsafe, and disrespected by this security man’s behavior. I am asking Planet Fitness Corporate to review all camera footage between 10:10 PM and 10:45 PM on November 6, 2025, and to take serious disciplinary action against this security guard. He should not be working in a place where members expect safety and respect. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE Planet Fitness calls itself a “Judgment Free Zone,” but what I experienced was judgment, aggression, and harassment. I am standing up not only for myself but for all other members ESPECIALLY WOMEN who deserve to feel safe and respected when they come to this gym. Planet fitness please investigate this incident immediately and make sure no one else has to go through what I went through that night and ensure member safety at this location.

  I really love this Planet Fitness! It’s spacious, clean, and has plenty of exercise machines without feeling cramped or crowded. The women’s locker room is spotless and looks brand new. I had one of the best gym showers here. The staff are friendly and helpful—I highly recommend this location!

  If I could give this place a 0 start review I would , the staff here is very rude , I took my family to the gym last night at 9:45pm my 15 year old daughter was treated very horrible, by a guy that was there, he was talking down to her in a humiliating way like he owned the place he demanded for my other daughter that was waiting for us in the waiting area to leave the gym because according to him she was loitering ,the first time we went to sign up ,my daughter waited for us the staff that was there never said a word and the other times she had waited for us while we worked out was never told by any staff to leave except for this one staff member that thought he owned planet fitness,we couldn’t work out because of how bad we were treated, as we were walking out that same guy the girl that were there started to laugh a us in a mockery way and Today I received a voicemail saying that both of our membership were going to get cancel because I was rude when it was the other way around, horrible service !! What a shame!!

  This location demands 5 dollars a day because our main location remodeling never happened in USA ... if u have a member ship and u r going to deferent branch demands money to get in
