Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.
3D scanning technology (OCT)
At Specsavers we include an advanced 3D eye scan as part of every standard comprehensive eye exam, at no extra charge. This helps our optometrists detect eye conditions earlier and makes our eye exam the most revealing eye exam yet.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped pick out new frames and I got a deal they had two glasses for $99. The doctor that examined my eyes was awesome and explained everything to me. Great place to get glasses

I had such a great experience when I came into the store and dealt with Steve. He was extremely kind, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns.
I have an eye condition, and Steve took the time to talk with me about it and make sure the glasses I chose would properly fit my face. I’ve never received that level of care or attention at another Specsavers location, so I really appreciated it. He listened to my concerns about my current pair of glasses and made sure my new pair would be a much better fit for me.
I also had my kids with me, and Steve was incredibly patient and kind with them throughout the entire experience. He made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and comfortable.
I really appreciate the time and care he put into helping me. Thank you, Steve, for making such a positive difference in my experience!

I gave a 3 only because I would love to give a 5 for the incredible staff, and a 1 for what happened afterwards. I have dealt with Linda now for a few years and she is awesome! Yesterday I had Isabelle and she too went over and beyond for me. The optometrist I’ve also had now for awhile, and she is fantastic especially for someone like me who has a lot of things going on in her eyes. So as usual there was changes and therefore I needed new lenses. Well I have had strong prism strength in my lenses now for a while and it has never been a problem until Theodore Pringle switched to Specsavers. Well apparently the lab they use only goes up to a strength of 3 and I needed 6. So I couldn’t get my prescription filled. Not a very happy camper to say the least. There is not a lot of choices in Woodstock so off to Walmart and yes they do it!!! So now I will wait and see how it all turns out. I am hoping Specsavers changes this issue since I was told there are others who are in the same boat as I am.
