Dr. Patel is incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely caring, and it’s clear that she truly cares about the health and well-being of her patients. She was extremely thorough and explained everything step by step as she was doing it, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and reassuring. She also took the time to go through my X-rays with me in great detail, comparing them to my previous ones and explaining any changes so I could fully understand what she was seeing. What I especially appreciated was her focus on preventative eye care. She wasn’t just looking at whether I could see well—she was looking at the bigger picture and making sure we understood how to maintain our eye health and identify potential concerns early. Dr. Patel is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and incredibly personable. You can tell that she genuinely loves what she does and takes the time to build trust with her patients. My partner and I both left feeling very confident in the care we received. We would absolutely recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking for an excellent optometrist!
