  well well well a first 1 star rating , l got a coupon of a 25$ gift card for shoppers in the mail with Amplifon cover letter that offers hearing test and after the hearing test recieve a gift card from shoppers drug mart , after the hearing test was complete l handed over that coupon Diana the reception told me it had to have a name on that coupon it was mail to me and l cut out the coupon at the bottom where the dashes around the coupon at the bottom of that letter not thinking they needed that full paper , this is the kicker that got me after the testing l recieved the results was that l needed a hearing aid and it would cost around the 6,000 to 8,000 dollars to purchase, so the kicker is they abvious bring in a high amount of income from people buying the hearing aids from them and they would'nt allow me to have that 25$ coupon LMAO , but lm sure they would take 6000.00 from me for a pair of hearing aid , l believe that they care about the mola rather then customers apprication , so what the positive side of this ? Amplifon cares for mola mola not customer's values in my option. l brought this matter to Shoppers Drug Mart head office. They had told me there is a lot of scams using Shopper's name , in this case with Amplifon it is a catch and release gemmick , He who have eyes will see, he who has ears will hear , a reminder for most of us with hearing impairment at least we have arms and legs and others things that we are more fortune then others , Peace out and stay wise

  Diana and Kris were great! They made me feel welcome and comfortable for my first hearing test taking the time to answer any questions I had pre and post exam. I was impressed by the care taken to help me fill out my paperwork and I highly recommend this location if you need a hearing test. Thank you!

  The staff at Great to Hear are very friendly. They make you feel comfortable to be around and listen to your problems and concerns. Kris takes his time with clients and make sure they are 100% happy with the product and service they receive. I would recommend anyone to go hear for the best experience!
