I absolutely hate shopping, so the fact that I had 2 pairs of glasses picked, submitted through insurance, and was out the door in less than 15 minutes honestly deserves an award. She somehow understood my vibe before we even said hello. And the best part? She was actually honest. If something didn’t suit me, she said it. No fake “everything looks amazingggg” energy while handing me frames that made me look like I audit taxes for fun. Will NEVER go to another place to buy glasses. Ever..... EVER!!

Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
