- VVVApr 27, 20261.0Extremely poor management and unreliable service. I purchased brand-new, expensive hearing aids four months ago, and they have already been away for repairs twice in total for nearly two months. For a medical device this costly, a two-month wait is unacceptable and far below the professional standards I experienced in Toronto. The clinic's 'front office' is disorganized; they rely on single phone calls with no follow-up, and appointments are difficult to secure. While the staff is pleasant, their lack of expertise in handling repairs and patient communication is a major failure. I would not recommend this location for anyone requiring dependable hearing healthcaret.

She had a good answer for all my questions and was extremely helpful in setting me up with a great set of hearing aids that I so far(2 days in) do not have any issues with. Right from the first phone call with Ms. Holly Lee to book an appointment, to seeing the Audiologist Tracey Kyei everything went great. Ms. Kyei was very thorough in her questions to me, to the hearing test, which she showed me on her computer. She told me my lows and highs and what we could do. I now have Phonak hearing aids and I couldn't be happier! Holly Lee explained all the paperwork thoroughly, my trial time and my appointments for review. Today I had my final appointment. I am totally over the moon thrilled with my hearing aids, and I recommend this office to everyone I know!
