  There was a large selection at the Fairview location, Annie was INCREDIBLY helpful with narrowing down frames, helping with different sizing, colors and talking through the benefits of the warranty. They also had great deals on Frames and lenses - 40% on both! Ask for Annie at Fairview if you're looking for prescription or sunnies.

  I had a great experience purchasing both my sunglasses and eyeglasses with Annie at LensCrafters Fairview Mall.   I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters @ Fairview mall, thanks to Ms. Annie. She was extremely patient, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen carefully to my preferences and provided excellent suggestions and recommendations that truly helped me make the right choice. Her warm gesture, professionalism, and friendly approach made me feel very comfortable and valued as a customer. It was also fun having a conversation between the two “Annies,” which made the entire experience even more enjoyable and memorable.   Due to my T2DM, I need an annual eye exam and did it here with Dr. Anita Lai. She explain every step and make sure I am comfortable all throughout the process. My eye prescription increased as the result of the exam, and I wasn’t due for a new pair under my insurance yet. Thankfully, one of the staff members at Lens crafter went above and beyond and helped me upgrade my glasses by exchanging my old pair. This is already our 4th time purchasing glasses from this branch, and they never disappoint. Their service is consistently top-notch, and the staff are always helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!
