  I had an amazing experience, and I want to give a special thank you to Annie for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right glasses. I first visited this location two years ago, and when I returned this year, Annie recognized my loyalty and kindly waived the protection plan fee. I truly appreciated her thoughtful gesture and the excellent service she provided. There are many optical stores in Ottawa, but I always choose this location because it’s my favorite. The staff is welcoming, and they consistently go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you again, Annie, for making my visit such a positive experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional customer service.

  I had to get new glasses as I was way overdue for a new prescription. I have been going to LensCrafters since 2019 and came to this location to get started with a new prescription and glasses. I first noticed that it undergone new renovation and looks much nicer than it used to be when I first came to this location. An employee there named Austin came right over and asked if I needed any help since the other employees were tied up at the time. It was a bit of wait due to the high volume of customers when I came so He right away helped me and was very attentive to my needs after I explained that I needed to purchase new glasses and shown the ones I wanted to get that were on display which is the Ray Ban Meta Gen 2s. He made the process fast and efficient, I provided the information needed for the purchase (prescription , etc) and they took my measurements on the spot. This was all set and done with just having to pay at the checkout after being explained of the cost and options I selected. This was the fastest I personally have bought glasses so I highly recommend you to see Austin. Amazing service will definitely come back!

  I wanted to take a moment to leave a review because of the outstanding experience I had at this location. From the moment I walked in, every staff member was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I’m naturally a quiet and shy person who tends to keep to myself, but I never once felt uncomfortable or out of place. Angel and Josh were especially amazing they took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Their professionalism, patience, and kindness truly stood out. Overall, I would happily give this store an 11/10. The level of customer service exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to my friends and family. I also noticed a recent negative review, but my experience was completely different. Every staff member I interacted with treated me with respect and kindness, and I never experienced any hostility or unprofessional behavior. Keep up the fantastic work and continue hiring such wonderful people they’re a great representation of your business

  I had an incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable experience at this LensCrafters location in Toronto. From the start, the staff exhibited a very arrogant attitude. When I asked about pricing and potential discounts, the employee's facial expressions completely changed, and they became noticeably unfriendly. Instead of listening to what I actually wanted, they repeatedly pushed alternative sunglasses that did not match my standards or preferences. The moment the employee realized they weren't going to get an easy sale, they literally walked away from me mid-conversation. The high-pressure marketing tactics here are completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, I overheard two male employees gossiping and making inappropriate comments about my appearance, questioning my gender. Whether they thought I couldn't hear them or were talking about someone else, it was entirely unacceptable and created a deeply hostile environment. I will not be returning, and management seriously needs to address the toxic customer service culture here.

  I had a great experience with my comprehensive eye check-up. Doctor Chow was very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated the detailed assessment and the care shown throughout the appointment. The whole process was smooth, and I felt confident that my eye health was in good hands. Highly recommended! I also had an excellent experience purchasing my prescription glasses. The sales associate Angel Joy was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable in helping me choose the right frame and lenses. She took the time to understand my needs and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I’m looking forward for my new glasses and very happy to the service I received. Great customer experience!
