  I ordered one pair of sunglasses on July 09, 2026 from Fairview mall lenscrafters. the colour I wanted was not in stock and they asked me to choose from the color that was available. I chose another colour. Firstly they said it will take arrive in two weeks. I then Went there with my friend to order his glasses and I checked on their Ipad that the colour I wanted is in stock and I asked the sales person to change my order but she said wait until I receive my order. Then After two weeks I followed up with them and said it might take another week. After one more week I tried to follow up and they said we will call you back after checking what is going on. Nobody called. After two days I called them again and they said unfortunately the pair of sunglasses that I chose is out of stock now. So even after chosing the colour that was in stock, they were not able to fulfill the order. Now because I used my Insurance they asked me to choose another pair of glasses. Unfortunately I did not like any other glasses and I asked for refund. They paid the amount of what I paid from my pocket and rest they said will go back to insurance. They said it might take 8-12 weeks. I raised a question because of their fault that they were not able to fulfill my order, why should I wait that long to get a refund to my insurance. I cannot use my insurance until the refund is reflected. Why should a customer wait for 3 months because of their fault. This is disgusting. Today is 26 august 2026, I have still not received my refund on my insurance. Upon checking with them, Insurance company said they have not received the refund. So Pissed and disgusting customer service. I would never recommend to go there. Not even worth to give 1 star. 😡😡😡

Angel went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service and a great attitude!   I had such a great experience at this optical store, especially thanks to Tia! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. She took the time to help me find the right glasses and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my choice. Thank you, Tia, for your amazing customer service! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and a positive experience.

  My wife and I have purchased glasses from several LensCrafters locations, and we have always appreciated the company’s excellent service. However, the Fairview Mall location truly stands out. It was the only location we found that had the proper in-store equipment to add our prescriptions to the sunglasses we wanted. A special thank-you to Saaim, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, gave us the best recommendations, and made sure we were completely satisfied with our choices. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience exceptional. Thank you, LensCrafters, for having such wonderful team members. We highly recommend this location—and especially Saaim!

  Dr. Kevin Tieu was fantastic!! He was very informative, explaining every step of the process and even took time to go over everything with me and answer all my questions. I also really appreciated his gentle, kind and soft spoken demeanor, especially with my two children, as he made them feel very relaxed and calm. I have already recommended him to others as I was very happy with my appointment and will definitely be returning with my family again.
