  I’ve had several pairs of glasses made there over the past three years. I was satisfied (Simran, the manager, is excellent). However, yesterday I decided I would never go back there again!! I ordered new glasses there in July. After waiting a month, I found out the frame had broken while the new lenses were being fitted in the lab. Fair enough—accidents happen. I accepted the apology and the offer of a free replacement frame, even though it meant waiting longer for the glasses to be made. Again, I said I understood and would wait, despite needing the glasses because I was leaving for Europe for a month. Yesterday, upon my return, I went to pick up the glasses at 10:00 AM. I was greeted by a very unhelpful saleswoman who immediately snapped at me: "I can't adjust the glasses for you; we only do that from 12:00 PM onwards..." Yet there wasn't a single other customer in the store!! That was the last straw for me!! So, I have to wait two months for glasses that your lab broke them during fitting—and I didn't complain and I accepted the apology with understanding even though I needed them—and now you tell me you can't adjust them (a job that takes maybe 5 minutes) because you only do that after 12:00 PM...!!! I will never go there again; you’ve lost a customer!! All the best!!

  Excellent service provided every time I go to Pearl vision. Customer for well over 25 years! New location in the seaway mall is excellent. And the new young ladies working are great and very helpful! And for the rest of your who know THE DON!!! Still working and still wonderful!

  I visited Pearle Vision at the Seaway Mall in Welland on 26/08/2026 and was assisted by Rachel. She provided excellent service and was very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the outcome for ordering some prescription lenses for my Rayban sunglasses and look forward to receiving them when they are available. 10/10 definitely recommend Pearle Vision!

  Emily at Pearle Vision had gone above and beyond when she helped me pick out my glasses. I must have tried on 50 pairs of glasses or more, until we found the perfect pair. She made sure the pair I picked out, said loving it. Emily you rock girl, thank you for your time and pursuivant.

  ★★★★★ I want to update my review and sincerely thank Rachel, the girl who first helped me, and both doctors at Pearle Vision. When I received my new glasses, I experienced eye strain, headaches, anxiety, and a strange feeling like I was “in a movie.” I became worried and frustrated, and honestly, I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with. I even said that I didn’t want to see one of the doctors again. The team listened to my concerns, reassessed my vision, and patiently explained that my eyes needed time to adjust. It has taken approximately three weeks, but my sight is gradually improving, and I now recognize that the doctor was right. I still have a little adjusting to do, but I’m getting there. I sincerely apologize for how I reacted. Despite my frustration, Rachel, the girl who originally helped me, and both doctors remained kind, patient, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you all for your patience, reassurance, and excellent care. You genuinely earned these five stars.
