When others said there was nothing that could be done, Nick stepped in and took on the task of ensuring we resolved the issue! I had almost made the choice to go else where after 20+ years of being a customer based on the lack of selection and this the struggle with getting my lens correct. However, because of Nick I will continue to return to LensCrafters. Thank you, Nick for everything you have done for me and trusting me about the clarity of my vision when others wouldn’t listen! Going forward I will continue to work with Nick for future purchases.

- KKKimSep 18, 20265.0I’ve only lived in Waterloo for just over a year but in that time I’ve been to LensCrafters several times and I’ve always received excellent customer service (especially from Mayuri whom I’ve seen the most). I’ve only had prescription sunglasses lenses done that I paid for but I’ve also come in for adjustments to different frames that I wear as well as a lens change and I’m never charged and I’m treated just as well as any paying customer. It is also a nice, big, well designed store with many frame options to choose from.
