I came in because my glasses were leaving a mark on my nose. Mayouri helped me out. She changed the pads on my glasses and explained that the pads will harden up and need to be changed twice a year. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!

Mayuri made my LensCrafters experience exceptional! I came in today looking for two pairs of glasses and walked out with an amazing deal I didn’t expect. Mayuri was friendly and personable from the moment I walked in — the kind of person who makes you feel genuinely taken care of, not just like another customer. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helping me find the right frames and options without any pressure. He clearly went above and beyond to make sure I got the best value possible.

Had a hiccup on prescription glasses with the first associate whom was reached out, he suddenly billed out the insurance without consulting (won’t name names for privacy) BUT Great thing Jezelle and Nick were of GREAT HELP to iron things out and got the glasses in just a couple of days! With this resolution, still recommendable for others to get their prescription glasses at this place. Just look for Jezelle Or Nick!

Great experience! Bought my son's glasses a few weeks ago, had a great experience with the gentleman who helped us. He unfortunately broke them tonight, we went in and Mayuri was able to help us. She fixed his glasses in less than 5 minutes and was so lovely (especially considering we came in right before close)

I had a great experience at LensCrafters. The staff were incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really helped me feel confident in my choices. They guided me through different options without any pressure, and in the end, I found exactly what I was looking for. The selection was excellent, and the prices were genuinely reasonable for the quality. Overall, very professional service and a smooth buying experience. Highly recommended!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
