- LMLouise McKinneyMay 24, 20261.0This review is 100% about the company’s communications. TERRIBLE! Initially, I had a hard time getting my messages through to the right person at Watertown location. None of my calls were returned. Then I had the same problem with corporate! I left a verbal msg. with corporate offices twice. No calls back. I filed a complaint in an online form on the company website. NO GO. Where are these folks? How do they hope to conduct biz.?? I even gave VERY unfavorable feedback on a customer survey emailed just this week. No response as yet. Crickets.🦗 This sucks. Beware! Just hope your product works out for you.
