  Me and my sister had such an amazing experience shopping for glasses from LensCrafters and a huge thank you to Angelina for making the whole process so wonderful! Angelina was incredibly sweet, kind, patient, and helpful throughout our entire journey. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, gave us great recommendations, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our choices. She was never rushed and was always willing to answer our questions with such a positive and friendly attitude. Her service was truly outstanding, and you could tell that she genuinely cared about helping us find the right glasses. We are so grateful for all her help and kindness. Angelina service was amazing from start to finish. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for glasses and an exceptional experience.

  A huge thanks to Zohal for the absolutely amazing service! This was my very first time visiting Canada, and I found myself in a rush needing a pair of sunglasses for a wedding I was attending in Toronto. Zohal went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair and completely saved the day. I am so incredibly impressed by the outstanding customer service here - it really made my first trip to the country feel welcoming and stress-free 😁

  Angelina was amazing! I had previously purchased glasses from another store, but unfortunately, they broke and I wasn’t able to get much help with replacing them. It was such a great experience learning about LensCrafters’ warranty and the amazing sales they currently have. Angelina was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend both the store and Angelina as a sales associate!

  I had an amazing experience with Dr Lee and Isabella at the Vaughmills Location. Dr Lee , explained every step to me in details and Isabella was absolutely amazing , she was very patient in helping me to choose my glasses and one that suits my face. She walked around the store to find the perfect glasses for me. Will definitely go back!!

  I wanted to return a pair of glasses I purchased at another LensCrafters location to the Vaughan Mills location. Bella, an optician at the Vaughan Mills location, informed me that the policy required me to return the glasses to the original store where I made the purchase and refused to process the return. Bella kept me there for almost an hour, and I was extremely upset by her rude and dismissive attitude and the way she spoke to me. She also provided me with a Customer Service phone number, but unfortunately, the number was not working. This was a very disappointing customer service experience. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
