    This used to be the best clinic, until it was taken over by Connect Hearning. Except for the front desk staff (who was not let go after the ownership change), there’s nothing good about this clinic anymore. This company has no interest in patients or their hearing issues, their policies are not customer centric at all, its all about profits and number, like anyother franchise business.

    Mandeep has been there for along time, she is so helpful each time i call reception,always willing to help. Mandeep and Idea helped me fix an issue with my hearing aid today, as a walk in. they took the time and resolved my issue. This location is the Best in vaughan.
