Warby Parker is honestly the only place I would go to get glasses these days. Great selection, prices and customer service. Zaki the optician did a great job adjusting my glasses for me too!

From start to finish Warby Parker Yorkdale took great care to make me a comfortable and informed client.
My first trip in to scope out frames was a relaxed experience.
Once I had a new prescription and returned for the purchase everything was clearly explained and undertaken.
The glasses were there in foir days, but the prescription was slightly off. No problem, I returned to the optometrist who tweeted the numbers.
The replacement pair came on another four days and was perfect.
No charge for the replacement and the staff took great care to fit the new frames to my face.
Kudos to the friendly, informative staff, with extra appreciation to Danby.

This was my first time shopping with this brand, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the product and the customer service.
The sunglasses did not come polarized. At the time of purchase, I was offered the option to pay an additional amount to have them polarized, but I declined. After wearing them, I noticed that the lens quality was quite poor. Lights reflected heavily on the lenses, which made the glasses constantly look dirty and uncomfortable to wear.
Since I was busy traveling, I went back a few months later to ask what could be done and whether polarizing the lenses would help. At that point, I was told the previous offer no longer stood, regardless of whether I was willing to pay.
Overall, this was not a good customer service experience. Based on my experience, I would recommend sticking with more established brand names.

Honestly I really wanted to give a zero. I usually order my glasses from my usual two places. But as a gift for my boyfriend I brought him a pair he had been eyeing here. They had a few frames I liked so I said ok, I'll just get two.
We needed to get a prescription so after paying for the two pairs. I had to book us in for an eye appointment. Which was 98$ each. Uploaded the prescriptions and our glasses came in less than a week. ( i was impressed and happy) till I tried mine on.
The prescription felt off, its drove to my local eye doctors and they checked and said it was indeed my new glasses. The prescription was in correct. I called Warby and told them what was happening. I was told they would correct the issue and it would be sorted. Seeing as I had no glasses I really urged to have them expedited if possible. The customer sales rep, told me sure, no problem.
Then the nonsense happened. I got the confirmation email telling me my new glasses would be shipped in 25 days. Which set me off because I asked for it to be expedited and had an email confirming they would.
The new sales rep, informed me that because they frames were coming from the states they could not expedite. I asked why would the previous sales rep reassure me that it would? I was fed nothing but jargon and script reading from the new sales rep. As its in their policy that it takes up 25 business days. Again this was never disclosed to me. I also was told by the sales rep they take their time to perfectly craft and ensure everything is correct, which I called B.S as my prescription was incorrect. And they put my boyfriend's prescription into mine. So clearly someone did not double, or triple check. Now heated. They also informed me I needed to send the other frames back first before they would process anything. Which made me even more upset. Not only was I inconvenienced to visit my eye doctor twice in a week they wanted me to hunt down the closest UPS. I asked to return it to the same Yorkdale location, and requested a partial refund now out of my inconvenience. They were going to deny me my refund as I had gotten 15% off of the two frames. Which set me off even more. Not only was I out having these new glasses I needed. I couldn't even get a simple compensation for the additional stress they were causing me.
Customer service wise....I had good reps, and I felt bad when I lost it on the second. But I feel there is room for improvement and a better system to avoid something like this happening. My new pair took roughly over 25 days. Do I love my frames yes. I will not be back, nor will I EVER recommend Warby. Stick to local and avoid the stress.
