  Juan is AWESOME. Would highly advise that you work with him to find the perfect glasses! He doesn’t let you leave unhappy and will work hard to solve any issues you might have. Very patient & enjoys his job — it’s so evident that he cares, which I feel is hard to find these days. Thanks again for all your help, Juan (also, save time and don’t go to the west location; you’ll have a much better experience at the Eaton location).

  Came here to look for frames. They had a promotion to add a pair and save 20% off any additional pairs. They had a wide variety of glasses and sunglasses to choose from. The store was fairly busy when I went in so I wasn't able to speak with an associate this time. All the staff seemed to be nice and helping other clients. I'll likely return to take a second look.

  It was a great experience being served by Eden who was absolutely amazing and the ultimate professional. During my fitting and measurement, we kept getting RUDELY interrupted TWICE by this guy in a suit named Logan asking for the station as he had a customer waiting. I couldn’t believe what was happening. I felt disrespected as a customer. I would have walked out and abandoned the sale if it wasn’t for Eden’s composure and I didn’t want all her work to go to naught without benefiting from the sale. He should be fired!!!

  I walked into Warby Parker because I needed a new pair of glasses. I picked out a pair I liked, and was told I needed to make an appointment to get my eyes checked and make sure my prescription was still up to date. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because I get anxious going to doctor appointments, but I decided to book the appointment and came back another day. From the moment I walked in, the optometrist, Dr. Kiruthika Nagendran was so friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She immediately made me feel comfortable and helped ease my anxiety. The appointment felt very relaxed, and we had such a nice conversation throughout. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable, and I really appreciated how patient and kind she was. It made what I was expecting to be a stressful appointment into a really positive experience. I’m so glad I decided to go through with it. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kiruthika Nagendran to anyone, especially if you’re someone who gets a little nervous about appointments!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Warby Parker Eaton Centre! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my visit. They made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable, and I really appreciated how attentive they were to my needs without making me feel rushed or pressured. A special thank you to Dr. Kiruthika for the eye examination. She was very thorough, professional, and caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. I felt completely comfortable and confident in her care. Overall, the service was exceptional from start to finish. The combination of wonderful staff and excellent care from Dr. Kiruthika made this a truly positive experience. I would definitely recommend Warby Parker Eaton Centre to anyone looking for great eye care and outstanding customer service!
