After coming in and trying to return the anti-fog lens spray since it did not work as advertised, they denied the return due to the box being open. I contacted customer service and they said that is not a valid reason to deny the return. Customer service instructed me to go back in store and they will accept the return. Samrat very quickly and with an attitude denied my return again, even with the note from customer service. In the end customer service’s note was taken into consideration by the manager and then Samrat finally processed my return. Really disappointed with the level of care for customers this optician exhibited. Would not recommend speaking or dealing with him.

However, I was prescribed contact lenses that I had significant difficulty removing after leaving the clinic, despite having prior experience with contacts. I had to visit another clinic the next day, where I was told the fit was too tight and not ideal for my eyes. This raised concerns about the safety and usability of the lenses and affected my trust in the overall fitting process. The experience caused a lot of stress and inconvenience, so I was disappointed overall.
