She assured me the hyperpigmentation would disappear, but I still have the same patches on my neck and back. She only asked for the deposit fee. Despite driving all the way from Oshawa, I received no effective help to remove my hyperpigmentation. Rose was friendly, but her assistance was ineffective. I feel I was unfairly charged and left without results. I spent $2300 on the treatments, yet my hyperpigmentation remains. Thanks for nothing, Rose.
