  I had such a great experience at TCC! I came in for a laser peeling treatment and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The team was so welcoming, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. My skin looked so fresh and glowing afterward, and even a week later I’m still loving how my skin looks! I really appreciated how much care and attention they put into the treatment. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a professional skincare experience!🤍

  I had a breast augmentation here, and I was told my appointment was at 2:00 PM and that I should arrive an hour early to complete paperwork. The paperwork only took about five minutes, but I didn’t end up having my surgery until around 7:00 PM, after hours of waiting and being moved between multiple rooms. Because of the long wait and the way everything felt rushed, I left feeling like my appointment and surgery were not given the time and attention I expected. Unfortunately, I was also unhappy with my results. I later had an appointment with Dr. Levine to discuss my concerns and explain that I wasn’t happy with the outcome. During the appointment, he laughed and told me, “They’re boobs, they aren’t going to be perfect.” I expected my concerns to be taken seriously and addressed professionally. That comment made me feel dismissed, especially after already being unhappy with my experience and results.

  This place was a disappointment. I attended three laser sessions for hyperpigmentation, with Nurse Rose performing the treatments. She assured me the hyperpigmentation would disappear, but I still have the same patches on my neck and back. She only asked for the deposit fee. Despite driving all the way from Oshawa, I received no effective help to remove my hyperpigmentation. Rose was friendly, but her assistance was ineffective. I feel I was unfairly charged and left without results. I spent $2300 on the treatments, yet my hyperpigmentation remains. Thanks for nothing, Rose.
