I had fast and efficient service at specsavers today, it was a walk in , and i was served so well. I got my contact prescription filled in less than 20 mins by Amelie, and my broken glasses fixed by Sima free of charge in less than 5 minutes.. I highly recommend the north york Sheridan mall location 🥰 they are nice and very helpful .

I got an amazing service from the manager Sima at Sheridan mall and Amelie. My son had a eye exam and they made us feel so welcomed and the service was exceptional. Definitely we will be back and will recommend this location.

I went in to take advantage of the 2 pairs for $249 but somehow , I ended up leaving with one pair for $360. How does this happen? I specifically told the lady that I wanted 2 pairs. And every pair that I liked she would try it and talk me out of it saying they didn't look good on my face. While I appreciate her opinion at the end of the day it's my money and if I want to buy something, I will buy it. Finally settled on 2 pairs that I liked and then she told me it would be over $600 for them. I kept asking about the 2 pairs special, but she could never give me a proper answer as to how come the two pairs are not $250 but $650. I finally settled on one pair.I still had to put money out of my pocket, about $100 more than what I expected to pay. 10 days later, I go pick up my glasses and I am not happy with the lens.Somehow I ended up with progressives that I did not want. And obviously there is an up charge for those lenses. They did take the glasses back and 10 days later i go pick up my glasses with a regular lense. When I inquire about the price difference.Because progresses are more expensive than regular. They give me some story about how they made my lenses smaller because I only needed them for reading. So that is a discount there, and then they applied another discount.Somewhere else , but at the end of the day , I have no discounts. So again , I thought I was going to go in and get two pairs 41 price instead , I walked out with one pair fpr one hundred dollars , more than what I expected to pay. They either need to fix how they advertise or teach their people proper sales etiquette on how to explain things properly. Not satisfied, we'll never go back and would give a 0 star rating based on my experience if I could. A manager did call me later on in the day to try and explain the same story over to me but it's no good at this point I asked her if there was a discount, she gave me some runaround story and I said, I'm done listening to you I don't have time for this
