She helped me narrow down the frame options and encouraged me to try on different styles until we found a pair I truly liked. When I came in for the pickup, the two gentlemen working were also very polite and professional, making the whole process feel very comfortable. Highly recommend for the excellent service!

They mixed me up with another client in their system and insisted that I didn’t know the last time I had been to see the optometrist. The optometrist was also insistent that I was wrong. I didn’t get angry or raise my voice. I just wanted her to recheck the system to see where the mistake was made. When she finally did, I received no apology and it felt like she was angry with me because I corrected her? Anyway, I won’t be going back. I have a year to find a new eye doctor who’ll believe me when I tell them about my eye health history.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
