- ASAshleigh StewartOct 16, 20261.0Such a frustrating experience with this store. I felt slightly upsold into getting contact lenses and after I did, I had so much regret. The lenses feel awful in my eyes — I’m assuming it’s the brand they use, I have no idea. Given that they have a three-month guarantee on their website, that literally states “If you have any concerns within three months of the date of your purchase, we’ll put it right. No worries, no fuss” and I’d asked about this at my appointment, I was confident they would make this right. After many back and forths with the manager, she agreed to a refund. I’ve now just come off the phone with the manager who told me because I’ve opened the box, there will be no refund. Despite this already being cleared with the woman beforehand who offered the refund. I’m not sure how you’re supposed to figure out that the lenses don’t fit etc without trying them on, but hey! The manager tells me the three month guarantee should only apply to glasses and not lenses, and when I quoted the information off the website, she simply repeated that she wouldn’t be honouring it. Such a totally disappointing and upsetting experience all around. And a complete lack of professionally and customer service.

I learned something new from this person about progressive glasses. The salesperson was very patient with me. I appreciate it. Finally found one that suits me better along with be able to read with my progressive glasses.
