Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

The customer service is great. It was my first time at Specsavers, and being a person with a physical disability, I found that my needs were met from the eye exam to the process of purchasing new glasses. Very accommodating and helpful.

I had a very positive experience with the staff at Specsavers Fairview Mall. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially the tall Iranian lady who assisted us. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but her customer service was excellent. I did have some concerns about the quality of the glasses after a short time, but the staff and service were excellent.

I have had my fair share of troubles at other Specsavers locations this Fairview Mall location is top tier. Not only did I get customer service they were able to fix the issues that I had from previous locations. Thank you to Rita who has been very patient and understanding and a real problem solver. Also to Dr. Jason for his troubleshooting skills and figuring out why my glasses weren't working the right way for me.

I recently got a pair of progressive glasses from Specsavers. After about a month, I realized that they weren’t working well for me and were causing some discomfort, especially because I was used to reading glasses.
I went back to Specsavers, and they were very understanding and respectful. They replaced my glasses without any hassle, and I really appreciate how professionally they handled the situation.
I’m very happy with my new glasses—they work much better for me. I’m also very satisfied with the quality of their service and the overall quality of their work.
