I am overall very dissatisfied with my experience at Specsavers Centrepoint Mall, and honestly, it is very unlikely that I would recommend this location to anyone. The main reason is that after my initial eye examination, the doctor sent me directly to the glasses and lens department without clearly explaining the final results of my eye test. Based on that, I assumed that my prescription had definitely changed, so I ordered two pairs of glasses and spent around $400 unnecessarily. After receiving the first pair of glasses, I realized that my prescription had apparently not changed at all. This was very frustrating and confusing for me. When I returned, I was asked many questions by the staff in the glasses department, and eventually it was decided that I should have another eye examination. Surprisingly, the next available appointment was two weeks later. After the second examination, Dr. Carol Ng simply confirmed her original prescription again, despite the fact that I am personally certain my vision has become weaker compared to before. It honestly felt like she was overly confident in her own assessment and not really listening to my concerns. I also found her manner and communication disappointing and unprofessional. That being said, I would like to sincerely thank Maryam from the glasses department. She spent a lot of time listening to my concerns and worked hard to convince both the manager and the doctor to arrange a re-examination and even replace my glasses. I truly appreciate her patience, professionalism, and support throughout this situation. Unfortunately, despite all of this, my eyes are still hurting, and I strongly feel that something is not right with my prescription. Because of this experience, I will definitely be visiting another eye doctor for a second opinion.

I had the best experience with both Michel and Dr. Carol at My Optic! It was my first time using contact lenses, and I was honestly a little nervous, but Michel was so patient and kind while teaching me how to wear and remove them properly. Dr. Carol was also amazing, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They both made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommend!
