  Most of the staff were very nice and impressionable except for one I will get to it in a minute. I went in to have my eyes checked, and while I was in there, the inside of my glasses got scratched a big scratch at that time. I thought it was a smudge on my glasses. They tried cleaning it in that and we realized it was actually a scratch it happened in the doctors office. I believe it was her machine that checked the strength of my glasses a mistake I mean, mistakes happen. I know it wasn’t intentional but when we went out to the front of the store and we’re trying to clean it and figured out, it was a scratch there was one employee that was not very personable at all. She tried to make it sound like I put that scratch there and I was very offended by her. She did not try in any way to fix the problem in the end. I ended up getting new lenses and had to pay for half of it which the doctor worked with me and we got it down to an affordable price that I could afford. But the elderly lady that seemed to be very accusatory and saying that the coding on the glasses was wearing off and that’s what caused it so I would have nothing to say about that. I was not impressed later on. I spoke with a gentleman named Andrew very nice guy I give him a 10 out of 10 he helped me with my problem He also offered me new frames at no cost to me. I would recommend Pearle vision minus the elderly lady in the front. She has dark hair and an accent when I walked in yesterday to pick up my glasses. She was all smiles, but on the day this occurred, she never even broke a smile towards me and made me feel like I caused the scratch which very much offended me so yes, I give Pearle vision minus the elderly woman in the front a 10 out of 10 they stepped up and like I said mistakes happen so I’m not accusing anybody of doing anything wrong it happened to me it could’ve happened to anybody so yes I give them a 10 out of 10 and the rating I believe is a five star so I can give them a five star I’d like to give them higher Andrew you were wonderful wonderful with me and helped me very much. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, you people at Pearl vision have a wonderful day and God bless.

  Wonderful experience! Great staff, very friendly, approachable and dedicated to helping from start to finish. I would recommend anyone to come this location!
