  This is hands down the best service center/boutique for Oliver Peoples. Took my Brunellos in and fixed the hinge the same day. No questions. The attention to service here is incredible. I forget the young lady's name, but she was incrediblly efficient with my time.

  I visited Oliver Peoples in Toronto after trying the Gregory Peck frame at one of their U.S. locations and really liking it. At the beginning of April, I was assisted by Isabel, who was helpful, professional, and made the buying experience smooth. Based on that, I decided to purchase my first pair of frames. Since I live far from the boutique, I requested shipping once the glasses were ready. They accommodated this and sent the package via FedEx. However, the package was marked as delivered, and I never received it. When I reached out, I was assisted by Jeff, the store manager. While he escalated the case, the way it was handled was disappointing. I felt like I was being treated with suspicion, as if I had to prove I wasn’t being dishonest about the missing package. That’s not the kind of experience you expect when spending over $1,000 on eyewear. Jeff eventually offered to send a replacement, but due to upcoming travel, I requested a refund instead. This was refused, and I was told I was “making up different stories,” which I found completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. To be fair, the replacement was prepared quickly, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. But for a brand that positions itself as premium, the customer experience, especially in a situation like this, should reflect a much higher standard of trust and care. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend spending this kind of money here based on my experience

  I had an amazing experience with Dat. His patience and attention to detail gave me peace of mind to shop at my own pace and eventually find the perfect pair for me. The cherry on top was his deep product knowledge explaining all the different stories behind each pair of glasses, which was quite impressive. Will definitely be back!

  Oliver Peoples lives up to its name. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable to take me through the collection and what suits my face. Special shout to Isabel for helping me out during my purchase.
