I had a great experience here. My sunglasses were broken because a screw had fallen out, and the staff kindly helped me fix them for free. They were very friendly, professional, and didn’t charge me anything. I really appreciate their kindness and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Susan was incredibly helpful when replacing the nose pads on my Ray-Bans. She was kind, attentive, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly right on the spot. Excellent service and very much appreciated. Thank you, Susan!

I'm extremely thankful for the great services I have received in Lens Crafters Shops at Don Mills location. Lori and Anu were very professional and friendly. They helped my husband and I in choosing great frames. They were patient, nice and always helpful in any conversation we had. They welcomed us with a continuous smile and they were amazing. I am extremely grateful for their extraordinary service and we will always be loyal customers for this branch. We found super elegant eyeglasses and sunglasses. They were fast and efficient when adding our prescription lenses to our glasses. Thank you Lori and Anu for your hard work and dedication.

Lory is truly our go-to person! From the moment you walk in, she’s incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping you find the perfect pair of glasses—not just something that looks good, but something that feels right for you. When I came back with headaches from my new glasses, she immediately recognized it was a fitting issue and fixed it on the spot—no hassle, no guesswork. That level of attentiveness made all the difference. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a seamless and positive one.

Came here to get some glasses repaired. The Iranian or middle eastern lady shooed me away and did not want to help repair them. She kept making up excuses as to why she can’t “fix” them. After I kept insisting other lense crafters locations gave me no issues for glasses repairs she finally did her job and fixed it but not without an attitude

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters Optique

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
