Eden provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. She was so friendly, patient, and attentive from start to finish. One of the screws had fallen out of my old glasses, and Eden kindly fixed them for me, which I truly appreciated.
She also spent a lot of time helping me choose the perfect frames for my prescription glasses and was very patient while I compared many different styles. I never felt pressured or rushed.
What impressed me even more was that she helped me find the best deal possible for me. Truly exceptional service - thank you, Eden, for being so kind and professional!

I collected my Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 glasses from LensCrafters at Eaton Centre, and unfortunately the customer service experience was very disappointing.
When I arrived for pickup, there was no one available to assist me initially. After waiting, someone simply placed the box in front of me and asked me to wait again. When Roa came over, she seemed rushed and more focused on quickly closing the delivery rather than ensuring a proper customer experience.
I asked about opening and checking the product, and her response was, “Is this your first Meta?” which came across as dismissive rather than helpful. There was no walkthrough, no explanation about setup, no courtesy check for defects, features, or overall customer satisfaction — especially surprising considering the premium price of these glasses.
Later, I realized I should verify the transition lenses properly. When my wife and I mentioned that ideally the representative should proactively help customers inspect and
confirm everything during delivery, Roa responded by saying “calm down,” which felt rude and unprofessional.
I paid a significant amount for these glasses and expected a good customer care experience to match. The product is great, but the service at pickup was far below expectations.

I had such a great experience thanks to Aayesha. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient throughout the whole process. She took the time to help me choose the perfect glasses and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my choice. Her customer service was honestly exceptional — very professional, sweet, and genuinely helpful. Employees like her make people want to come back again. She truly deserves recognition for how amazing she is at her job, and I honestly believe she deserves a promotion. Thank you, Aayesha, for making the experience so easy and enjoyable!

OMG EDEN!!!! What an amazing experience with her! She was so incredible & helpful in finding my glasses. It was my first time coming to lens crafters & definitely won’t be my last!! Eden helped me pick my frame & took steps to make sure my eye glasses fit perfectly that I’ve never seen other optical places do! She was patient & professional. I also love that lens crafters carry more trendy frames as well. I’m sooooo happy with my purchase ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Avoid this place. I went there to ask if they could fix my glasses, which I bought there about a year ago. They said no and told me I would have to buy new glasses. They didn’t even make the minimal effort to help a customer and seemed only concerned about making sales.
Later that day, I went to another branch of the same company and had a completely different experience. They were very helpful and kind, and they ordered the piece needed for the replacement.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
