- DSDharmi Suranitoday1.0Very Disappointing Experience! The staff were friendly when I purchased my glasses, but their attitude changed when I raised an issue. After 7 days of waiting for my prescription lenses, the frame became loose and no longer fit my face properly. When I asked them to tighten the screws and adjust the frame, they argued that it was plastic and adjusting lenses, would make it wider. When I asked for an adjustment, the employees argued instead of helping. The frame fitted perfectly before the lenses were installed, and now I can’t wear my glasses comfortably. Very disappointing after-sales service and rude behaviour. I expected much better from LensCrafter.
