As a newcomer shopping for glasses in Canada for the first time, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Roman at the Eaton Centre location was so kind and helpful. He is a fantastic manager who truly understands what great customer service means. The service here is incredible—so much so that I'm telling all my family back home about it! Thank you, Roman, for the amazing help!

Overall it was a decent experance. I was able to be seen right away. But I couldn't help but feel very rushed through everything. The guy doing the first tests of my eye even went to scan the same eye twice by mistake and I had to point this out to him. So not allot of confidence there. Other than that, considering the price they charge i felt like the eye exam area was kinda shabby in all honesty. Like very worn out and dated. But it was a fast process and I got what I needed. Waiting a week and half for your glasses to be ready is another thing that is annoying. Again if your paying that much why cant they over a expedited service even if you have to pay a little more. It's 2026 after all.

Great sales not good service. When I picked up my glasses, it needed adjustment. The lady who was helping me wasn’t paying attention when she did my adjustment, keeping looking outside the store at other people. The glasses was not a fit at all, and since required 4 different visits to adjust the frame. It is either too loose or too tight that it leaves a mark on my face and hurts my ear. My frame is still not a fit and it really frustrates me. It completely changed my review of the glass shopping experience at the store.

I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters, thanks to Rocio! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find the perfect pair of glasses, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Her professionalism and genuine care for customers truly stood out. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable because of her outstanding customer service. I highly recommend LensCrafters, and if you have the chance to work with Rocio, you’re in great hands. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!

Last week I had gone in to ask how much it would cost to clean my glasses as someone had sprayed beer during one of the FIFA matches. Luis came up to me and was friendly, took my glasses and cleaned it. I asked how much it was and he said it was free, just like that. Really friendly guy and gave some advice on how to clean beer drops from my glasses too. Amazing service.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
