From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with such warmth by Ashlyn at the front desk, who makes you feel immediately welcomed and comfortable. Luiza, my therapist, is absolutely amazing! She has a wonderful ability to massage all the stress away and create a sense of calm and relaxation with every visit. Rafael, the Clinic Director and Chiropractor, was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough from our very first meeting. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood exactly what to expect from the experience. What really sets Helse Clinic apart is the family-like environment. Everyone genuinely makes you feel cared for, valued, and welcomed. It’s more than just a clinic—it feels like a place where people truly care about your well-being.   Dr. Rafael is an amazing chiropractor who truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable throughout your treatment. The whole experience is always welcoming and professional. And a special shoutout to Ashlyn at the front desk! She always greets you with such a nice smile and makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in.😊 The friendly atmosphere she creates really makes a difference.   I highly recommend Helse Clinic. I’ve been to many chiropractic clinics in downtown Toronto, and most of them are very expensive and only spend about 15 minutes with you. At Helse, the experience is completely different. They really take their time with you. I usually get a massage, stretching, and then spinal decompression, and sometimes even another massage afterward. Dr. Raf is very attentive, professional, and really listens to what you’re feeling. He takes the time to explain the treatment and makes you feel well cared for. I never feel rushed when I’m there. I’m very happy with the treatment and I truly feel that Helse Clinic is worth both the money and the time it takes me to get there. The whole experience feels much more complete and personal than other places I’ve tried.

  I can honestly say it’s the best chiropractic clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff are very friendly and do their best to deliver the best results. For what they offer, from start to finish, every appointment you will always be pleased each and every time you walk out of there. They offer a great program. I feel like a new person at the end of every appointment. I commute from Vaughan to Scarborough and it’s so worth it. I got sciatica for the first time ever as a 32 year old in December 2025 and I can honestly say I feel way better now. I noticed improvement each and every month. Dr. Raf is a solid all around, great guy 👊 💯 Highly recommend for anyone looking for great results and better quality of day to day life.

  This place is awesome and my chiropractic did a very good job in taking care of my pain and my knee it give a relief and stress on my body but it does some wonder on your body there is a saying if you don't try you never get to know how it makes your body relax 😀 and ease a little bit keep up the good work all the staff are so nice and friendly and I will keep coming 😀
