Such a thoughtful, kind store assistant manager. She fixed up my nose pads that fell off for free, and took the time to help me with the fit. If I knew it would be free, I wouldn’t have taken so long, she was so considerate, didn’t try to rush, and really went above and beyond. Thank you, Kruti, and will be coming back to get myself a pair!

I am so disappointed with these glasses. I rarely use them but when i do, I get 2-3 uses before the screws fall out. Ever since I got them, I have had to replace/tighten the screw multiple times. The second time I called and they replaced it with a silver screw which is a mismatch to the rose gold frame. Third time, I emailed requesting for frame replacement but they just changed the screw again. Last week, the other side's screw fell off at the beginning of a movie in the theater so I had to squint the entire time. I need replacement glasses but I am tired of having to go back in the store for them to tighten or replace the screw.

There were some delays in my clearly delivery due to some address issues so I had run out of contacts. Kruti Dodia was very kind and gave me 3 days of my prescription contact to hold me over till they were delivered. Life savers, amazing staff and would 100% recommend to anyone choosing a optometrist.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. The employee clearly misrepresented the sizing/fit, insisting it was correct when it absolutely wasn’t. When I asked for an adjustment, I was met with attitude instead of help, which made the whole situation even more frustrating, for something that is so simple and takes less than 2 minutes to adjust. After looking into it, I’ve seen that others have had similar experiences, which makes it feel like the focus here is more on making the sale than actually helping customers. That’s not the kind of service I expect or will return for. Unfortunately, they’ve lost a loyal customer.

Frequently Asked Questions About For Eyes By Clearly

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
