She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. The staff was also very helpful in finding the best options for my needs and budget. One thing I really appreciated was that they handled the Sun Life insurance claim directly, which made the whole process simple and stress-free. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend them!
