  Excellent customer service! I’ve been very pleased with the professionalism and care provided by this location. Most recently my hearing charger died and they got me in right away to assess the issue. They loaned me another charger so I can hear while I wait for the replacement charger to arrive. I appreciate that!

  First off, I want to say that I'm really confused about the negative reviews here, and also why there aren't more reviews for such a great hearing aid centre, but I can only speak to the way things have been the past two weeks. My experience here was amazing from beginning to end, and I just received my new custom invisible in the canal hearing aids today. From me ordering them to me receiving them, it took the exact amount of time they told me they would take: 2 weeks. The spaces and equipment are super modern, open, and clean. The girl at the front, Najma, was super friendly, helpful, and clear, and also very responsive over email. And I was really impressed by Tina, who conducted my hearing tests and final fitting and technical adjustments of my new custom hearing aids. She's had many years of experience in the industry and with hearing devices, and it shows. She was extremely detailed and patient when answering my many questions, no matter how technical or numerous they were. She explained all the options and my hearing test results, and I never once felt any pressure to buy anything. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone curious about taking a hearing test and/or hearing aids, and I look forward to working with this clinic for many years to come. Many thanks for making the process easy and comfortable!

  I’m leaving this review to share the wonderful experience I’ve had at this Connect Hearing clinic since joining over 2 years ago. Although there have been a few staff changes over time, it’s always a pleasure to see the same kind young lady at the front, Neyjme. She consistently goes above and beyond to help. Whether it’s troubleshooting, cleaning, bluetooth pairing, or general servicing, she'll get it sorted in a jiffy with a smile. When I was in a serious pickle, she even managed to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment with a provider. Most recently, she helped troubleshoot my hearing aids over the phone while I was on vacation! Overall, this is a fantastic clinic to have in the neighborhood. I truly appreciate the care and support I’ve received thus far and look forward to working with the new staff member(s) in the future. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and reliable hearing care that starts the moment you enter the door. Their dedication to their patients truly stands out and does not go unnoticed.
