Although there have been a few staff changes over time, it’s always a pleasure to see the same kind young lady at the front, Neyjme. She consistently goes above and beyond to help. Whether it’s troubleshooting, cleaning, bluetooth pairing, or general servicing, she'll get it sorted in a jiffy with a smile. When I was in a serious pickle, she even managed to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment with a provider. Most recently, she helped troubleshoot my hearing aids over the phone while I was on vacation! Overall, this is a fantastic clinic to have in the neighborhood. I truly appreciate the care and support I’ve received thus far and look forward to working with the new staff member(s) in the future. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and reliable hearing care that starts the moment you enter the door. Their dedication to their patients truly stands out and does not go unnoticed.
