  Great place, Nichole the manager and the front desk staff are so sweet! I joined when it was getting started. The teachers were still learning I felt . Since I used to go to body harmonics and assembly movement where the instructor cues you as if they are inside your muscles and joints helping you to move the right way ! The teachers here some feel Like they were still freshly graduated from Pilates school, but it seems like it’s a very rigid place. You can’t move or breathe or ask a question outside of exactly what the teacher says I go to another incredible place called Assembley Movement where the teacher allows the student to ask questions during class and also they give you 5 to 10 minutes after class to do whatever movements you like to do on the reformer however, this this club Pilates in specific I don’t know why they’re very rigid to the point where it went south very quickly maybe because it’s in the downtown core other club pilates I’ve been too we’re more fun and flexible

  The GM, Nicole, is phenomenal. I called the club to freeze my membership as I am out of the country this month, and she went above and beyond to 1) make the process so easy for me 2) set me up for success for when I am back. She made me feel like such a valued customer and was so forthcoming and kind. Thanks Nicole!

  Nichol and the entire team have been incredibly accommodating with booking classes, always making the process smooth and hassle-free. What really stands out is how they remember everyone's names, which makes us feel truly welcomed and valued as individuals. It’s clear they genuinely care about building a community. A special shoutout to our Pilates instructor, Dagyo, whose challenging classes push us to improve while keeping things engaging and fun. Dagyo’s expertise and encouragement create the perfect balance between motivation and support.

  all staff have been very kind, they check up on every person and personally take the time to help make any suggestions for the best workout possible. There's a variety of different classes to develop your strength in all areas . I've been to the center to work out little more than a month now, and my friends and family all notice the difference in my body!
