I joined this gym in January partly to get back in shape, but more importantly to find a sense of community—and it’s honestly been exactly that. There’s a great mix of classes, and the coaches are always around and genuinely willing to help, which makes a big difference. It never feels like you’re on your own. There's always at least three coaches on the training floor, which is fantastic for ensuring proper form and getting helpful tips along the way.
One of my favourite things is being able to go 4–5 times a week and still switch up what I’m working on, so it never gets boring or repetitive. I’ve also met a lot of great people along the way, and I actually look forward to going. Overall, I feel more motivated and energized than I have in a long time!
I also love the metrics aspect (optional, not mandatory). I'm able to track my performance in each session using the heart rate monitor, get helpful monthly and quarterly stats based on programming, and even the option to train for challenges (not quite there yet!)
I have the unlimited membership and find it's fantastic value, given the number of times I go per week.

I switched to BFT Eastern a little while ago, and honestly, it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness. The workouts strike a great balance of strength and cardio, with enough variety to keep every session feeling fresh and purposeful. Did you ever dream of the kind of training that actually makes you want to show up every day? This is it!
What truly sets BFT Eastern apart, though, is the coaching. With 2–3 coaches on the floor every session, you get real-time form corrections, personalized encouragement, and genuine investment in your progress — it feels much more like personal training than a typical group class. The community vibe is welcoming and ego-free, making it approachable no matter where you’re starting from. If you’re thinking about a new fitness journey, don’t overthink it — just show up, give it your all, and enjoy the high fives on the way out!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this gym. I went in just to try the free classes and didn’t think I’d actually sign up since I already had access to another gym and had my own routine.
But after two classes, I was hooked.
The energy in the studio is amazing, the coaching is so good, and the trainers are incredibly attentive. You really feel seen and supported in every class. I also love the heart rate monitors because they add that extra push for those with a competitive side - it’s you versus the colours on the screen!
I signed up for the unlimited membership in March and haven’t looked back. It’s completely changed my workouts, but more than that, it’s had such a positive impact on my mental state.
I’m so thankful for Veronika and the whole team. They’ve built such a strong, welcoming community and genuinely help me start my day in the best way possible!
BFT came to my building at 1050
Eastern Ave and littered brochures everywhere. I guess the first workout is making residents squat down to pick them up. At least my dog had something to chew on in the hallway
Your team came into my building and left brochures scattered all over the floor and common areas. This is completely unacceptable.
Unsolicited advertising is already frustrating, but littering a residential building with your brochures is disrespectful, unprofessional, and disgusting. If this is how you promote your business, it says a lot about how little you respect the community you’re trying to reach.
You should come back to this building immediately, clean up every single brochure, and stop dumping your marketing materials where they don’t belong.
I’ll be making sure residents in this building know exactly what happened.all 800 give you a 1 star
