Indu is very professional and kind. After the test, she clearly explained the results, answered my questions, let me try out a hearing aid, and showed options to move forward. Yet it was her kind manner and professionalism, using up-to-date equipment, that gave me the confidence and knowledge to finally understand why, even with minimal hearing loss, it was time for me to use hearing aids.
