If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The service and professionalism displayed at this clinic are outstanding. The staff are super friendly and highly professional, starting with Arcana at the front desk. She was very friendly and pleasant to deal with, made the booking process easy, and was always happy to answer questions. The audiologist, Mahsa, is amazing! She was very patient and knowledgeable. After my hearing test, she took the time to walk me through everything in detail and explained all the hearing aid options, while answering all of my questions down to the smallest detail. Even when I had follow-up questions afterward, she was always happy to respond by email and provided detailed and helpful answers every time. I highly and strongly recommend this clinic, and especially Mahsa. Thank you so much for the exceptional service and for taking the time to make sure I understood all my options!

Booking was easy and reminders of my appointment were provided. I was taken promptly at my scheduled time, service was professional and the procedures were explained all the way through. The results were provided at the end of the testing and there was no pressure put on me to buy hearing aids.

Looking for the best in hearing aids? Stop right here. I got kind, sensitive, well-informed attention from highly qualified staff. My new Phonaks are a great improvement over my (not so) old ones. A truly excellent experience, thank you!!
