From day one, Alex showed immense compassion, patience, and warmth, making an incredibly stressful time so much easier for all of us. Alex always took the time to listen to our concerns and treated our loved one with the utmost dignity

Bringing my mom here was the best decision we could have made for her hearing health. The audiologist was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and handled the entire appointment with a level of patience that truly put my mom at ease. Alexandra took the time to carefully diagnose her hearing loss and walked us through the best options without making us feel rushed. Since the visit, my mom's quality of life has improved immensely, and she is finally fully engaging in family conversations again. I cannot thank her enough for the outstanding care and expertise.

I made an appointment with this location. When I arrived on a very hot day, the door was locked ( I arrived exactly at my appointment time) I called them , no response. I knocked on the door, no response. A delivery man arrived, knocked, no response. We waited in the heat. He pointed to me that he could see the “ receptionist “ behind the computer screen at a desk directly in front of the door. After a few minutes, she opened to door and without a greeting gave me a form to foil out. I was called into a room when another woman put two wires in my ears and proceeded to test my hearing. I was expecting a booth but was just someone’s office. She sent me away saying my hearing loss was not age related and that I should see an ENT doctor. She told me she would send this info to my family doctor. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago. As on yesterday no referral was sent. I suggest if you are thinking of going to this place….DON’T. They are unprofessional, unfriendly and I don’t trust them. Update, yesterday I visited a different hearing testing company. Totally different experience. They gave me a written hearing diagnosis. They were friendly, clean and had a proper boothe. No ENT necessary and they explained why. I will say it again, don’t go to this first company
