  had booked an appointment for my father, but the clinic canceled on us twice at the very last minute. After rescheduling both times, we were left with wasted time and frustration instead of care. Care and respect for patients' time should start at the front desk. I would not recommend relying on this clinic if you need dependable care for a family member.

  I made an appointment with this location. When I arrived on a very hot day, the door was locked ( I arrived exactly at my appointment time) I called them , no response. I knocked on the door, no response. A delivery man arrived, knocked, no response. We waited in the heat. He pointed to me that he could see the “ receptionist “ behind the computer screen at a desk directly in front of the door. After a few minutes, she opened to door and without a greeting gave me a form to foil out. I was called into a room when another woman put two wires in my ears and proceeded to test my hearing. I was expecting a booth but was just someone’s office. She sent me away saying my hearing loss was not age related and that I should see an ENT doctor. She told me she would send this info to my family doctor. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago. As on yesterday no referral was sent. I suggest if you are thinking of going to this place….DON’T. They are unprofessional, unfriendly and I don’t trust them.

  I had an excellent experience with Alexandra at Danforth. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the testing process and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Alexandra is very knowledgeable and patient—she answered all of my questions clearly and made everything easy to understand. I really appreciated how personalized the experience felt, and it was clear she genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend Alexandra to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate audiologist. Thank you for such a great experience!

  The team of Amplifon on Danforth/ Donlands were instrumental in my mother obtaining the funding she needed to finally get a hearing aid. Their care and knowledge led to our family being able to communicate w her in joy and she finally can use the phone again and navigate conversations on the go in ways she was not being able to do so in years. Watching my children have a lovely conversation with her without the need to scream and keep it short made my day, month, year…THANK YOU, Ladies !!! Thank you

  Alexandra was an exceptional audiologist. She made my experience comfortable and very pleasant. She was knowledgeable with great customer service. Will send lots of people!
