  Shohreh was amazing! She took the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.   My experience with LensCrafters was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The selection of designer frames is unmatched, and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect style. I was especially impressed by the store manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, took the time to answer my questions, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. They handled my vision insurance seamlessly right at the counter, making the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for premium quality, speed, and professional care!

  As a senior citizen, I truly appreciate when someone takes the time to help me with patience and kindness. Missiana went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. She was friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I could understand my options without feeling rushed. Her professionalism and caring attitude made my experience very pleasant. It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way Missiana does.   We were at LensCrafters Promenade yesterday, June 7, 2026, following our family’s annual eye exam at Promenade Optometric Clinic. We were planning to purchase four pairs of eyeglasses, as we’ve consistently gotten our eyewear from LensCrafters over the years and have generally been satisfied with the service. In the past, we were usually assisted by a staff member who provided excellent support, but we believe she may have since retired. During our visit yesterday, we were assisted by Kathy; however, we felt the experience was rushed. We didn’t feel we had enough time or space to comfortably browse and choose frames, especially since these are glasses we’ll be using daily for the next year and wanted to make a thoughtful decision. While we continue to appreciate Promenade Optometric Clinic, we don’t plan to return to LensCrafters Promenade based on this experience. Fortunately, our experience at LensCrafters Hillcrest was the complete opposite. The staff there were welcoming and attentive, and we ultimately purchased four pairs of glasses for our family. Nasim was especially helpful—she gave us the time and space to browse on our own, while also providing thoughtful guidance on which frames suited us best and matched our prescriptions. We truly appreciated the level of care and service and would gladly return to that location in the future.

  Recently visited LensCrafters to select a new pair of prescription glasses, and I had an excellent experience thanks to Asal and Kathy. Both ladies were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Asal took the time to understand what I was looking for, helped me find frames that suited my face and style, and also showed me several other great options to compare. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made what can sometimes be an overwhelming decision much easier and more enjoyable. I never felt rushed, and her recommendations helped me choose a frame that I am very happy with. Thank you, Asal and Kathy, for the outstanding customer service. I highly recommend working with them if you're looking for new glasses at LensCrafters!
