  Finally admitted to myself I should check my hearing. Got in quickly, tested in less than an hour, and had my new hearing aids in a few days. Kristen and Alissa were fantastic to deal with, and very informative. Highly recommend!

  I recently took my 96-year-old mother to Amplifon Strathroy for a hearing assessment, and we were so grateful for the compassionate and professional care we received. Alissa at the administration desk actually came outside to assist us in getting Mom out of the car safely. Both Alissa and Hanna were very friendly and kind, and very attentive to Mom’s needs, while also carefully following Covid protocol. Hanna explained everything clearly to Mom, and expertly guided us through the hearing test and also with the selection of hearing aids. We didn’t feel rushed, and we left feeling that we had definitely made the right choice by choosing Amplifon. I recommend this place very highly!

  Had a prompt appointment. Test was quick and professional. Hearing aids greatly improved my hearing ability. An overall great experience, but be prepared. I had no idea you couldn't buy any aid under $1000.00
