Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

I have not received my physical glasses yet as they will take about 2 weeks to arrive. However, everything up to this point has been fantastic! The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The optometrist I saw was fantastic! She was very sweet as well as informative and professional. I was blown away by the prices as everywhere else I have been were exponentially more. I hope the quality is there when I receive my glasses but I’m thrilled up to this point!

They are very helpful, and so informative on vision concerns. They had a good promotion on and clearly explained charges for my glasses. Bonus they can submit claim directly to your insurance company. Good store hours and availability.❤️👏

The owner of the Stratford store, Meron, is so kind! There was a mistake with my order where I ordered sunglasses but they came as regular glasses. He fixed it without hesitation! Kieran was also very helpful and sweet when adjusting my glasses. Thank you for the kind service :)
