  We’ve had a wonderful experience with Home Instead. They provided post-operative care for my mom after her surgery, and the support made such a difference during her recovery at home. The caregivers were kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. We’ve used their services on two separate occasions now, and both times have been excellent. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in good hands. I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable home care.

  All of the staff were very kind and patient with my Mom. We had once incident where the caregiver did not have the code to the lockbox and it very much agitated my Mom who called me in a panic. We got it resolved. No other issues.

  For over a year now Mom, who has dementia, has had Heather & Zhanna caring for her on a weekly basis. The care givers have previous experience from working in nursing homes and are PSW certified. Heather & Zhanna are very calm & pleasant with Mom and myself. I feel very comfortable that my Mom is receiving positive and supportive care. Zhanna enjoys cooking for Mom and playing cards & doing jigsaw puzzles with her. Heather went above & beyond by coming into the hospital when Mom contracted COVID. Mom couldn't be left alone so I truly appreciated the 8 hrs respite care that Heather supplied. Having Home Instead has made caring for my Mom far more manageable.

  Coming from a perspective of someone who has recently been employed here, I highly advise against using this in home care service. Based on the director of this location. Not only is he very disrespectful and ignorant to his clients over the phone he is far worst to the employees. He has a temper and aggression that clouds his judgement and I would not trust him to proved clear care for your loved ones. He is constantly rushing people off the phone while they're trying to elaborate on the support they truly require. As someone who has constantly been berated and emotionally abused in office, I was able to leave my keys on his desk this morning. He does not empathize, he is not good at managing his emotions or anger. He does not respect boundaries. He also does not actually care what you have to say unless it makes him look good. This is not the type of person who should be in charge of the people you love the most. The consistency in care givers are lacking because behind the scenes we are hiring non stop due to lack of respect and trust. Making multiple employees upset and not being about to talk to people with human decency is a shame and leaves a bad impression on this company for the few caregivers and ONE admin that actually does care. Fair warning - do not work for him. You will regret it. And due yourself a favor and leave your loved ones in the care of someone who actually treats you as a human.
