- RMrandall maggsMay 20, 20265.0Though I had never had dealings with them, the kind people in the Amplifon clinic in Stratford bailed me out of a very difficult situation. I found them through the yellow pages. I had come to visit my son and family for two weeks and forgotten my Phonak charger at home. Rather than a pleasurable, my visit would have been more of an ordeal—impossible really— without my hearing aids, particularly as I had to travel to Toronto as well in that period, and then fly back home. The receptionist and the hearing specialist were immediately sympathetic. They went out of their way to help me, and loaned me a charger. I won’t forget that.
