  Great experience. The customer service was phenomenal. Definitely recommended to anyone needing hearing assistance. I will be coming back in the future for any related issues. Angela at the front desk was very helpful. Mike did a great job with the test and was very knowledgeable.

  Have been a customer since 2022 and want to change ti in ear aids. Investigated Costco and found the offering inadequate despite low prices. Called Angela to get info. As usual amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Had an appointment with Michael that was fantastic. Took the time to understand what I wanted, outlined options at all price level. Also took the time to explain differences in quality and function of mid to high range solutions. Couldn’t be more impressed. He committed to research several options for the features I want. Outstanding treatment- waiting for research results and will definitely order from Amplifon. Many thanks for simplifying the options and patience!! Thanks
