The service provided by Specsavers St Catharine's is excellent. The staff are amazing in particular Jessica. She has gone above and beyond as far as customer service goes. Jessica is all about meeting the customers needs and finding solutions.
I would highly recommend.
Just had my first eye exam in over 10 years. I’ve never worn glasses before, but was struggling at night while driving. Came here because it’s close to my house, Ended up being helped by three different employees, (one of them the doctor) and they were the greatest employees of all time. All three of them were incredibly kind and helpful and very insightful. There is no pressure at all, they answered all my questions beautifully so glad I came here. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a deal or just great help! Thank you again, Kia, Dr Hanna, and Soukya for everything :)
Dear store manager, I am writing to share the exceptional experience I had at your store today. As an older woman purchasing my first pair of glasses, I was quite nervous when I first entered your store. I was warmly welcomed by your employee, Kia, who greeted me with a wonderful smile and a reassuring demeanor. I immediately felt comfortable.
During my shopping in your store, Kia helped me with a good sense of calm, patience, courtesy and Kia was knowledgeable of the available options offered to me. Finding the right frames takes time. Kia was by my side the entire time and she never once showed me a hint of frustration or that she had something else to attend to.
Kia provided me with several options and most importantly, her honest feedback.
Eventually, I fell in love with a specific style for both my everyday glasses and matching sunglasses. However, because of how these rested on my cheeks, Kia and her colleague both professionally advised that they weren't the best ideal fit for my facial structure. We spent the next hour trying almost every pair of glasses in the store to no avail.
Overwhelmed by the process, I began to cry. Kia handled my frustration with immense empathy and grace. After fetching me some tissues, she listened to my dilemma and very compassionately assured me that I could purchase my favorite frames. Kia's understanding completely eased my anxiety, and we happily proceeded with the order. Furthermore, Kia's product knowledge successfully guided me to add a few upgrades that best suit my needs.
Kia's level of dedicated, compassionate customer service is incredibly rare today. I truly hope Specsavers takes the time to acknowledge, appreciate and formally recognize Kia's high level of customer service.
I am very impressed and I am very glad I came into your Specsavers Store today. I can't wait to have my new glasses. I would definitely recommend your business, especially this location. Thank you for allowing me to post my comments.

Very personal and professional…experienced and knowledgeable staff…Amanda was incredible and made me feel like I was their most important customer…All the staff were very helpful but Amanda was involved in more of my experience there and genuinely cared about me…I dropped in a few days after my visit for a quick follow up question and Amanda greeted me like we were old friends…Thanks Amanda!

We had such a wonderful experience at Specsavers, and especially with Kia. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.
We really appreciated how attentive and professional she was throughout the whole process. You can tell they genuinely care about providing a great experience and making sure their customers feel comfortable and well taken care of.
We are very grateful for all their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service at Specsavers. Thank you so much for making the whole experience such a positive one!
