Simply put, they replaced the lenses with the exact same pair, which was all that I wanted from the start. I do appreciate they decided to honor their stated guarantee and I thank them for their quick reply back for this. OLD REVIEW: If I could give them a zero star review I would. I will never shop with Specsavers every again. I would rather go spend a bit more and have actual customer service and a guarantee that is worth anything. Do no believe their "2 year Guarantee". I had a paid literally break on me when I came in from shoveling snow. Took it to them, and they determined that it was not repairable and did not fit their guarantee, so they wouldn't fix it, but would gladly offer me a $100 dollar pair, so merciful of them. They can make up whatever they want to say that their guarantee won't cover their terrible quality and then pretend they are doing you a favor. Do yourselves a favor, do not go here, go somewhere else that will respect their own guarantee and actually treats customers right. And a tip for Specsavers, don't say you have a guarantee on your products and then go out of your way to deny it when someone wants to use it.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
