  I had such a positive experience at Pearle Vision STC, especially with Mona! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful while I was trying out different eyeglasses. She took the time to help me find frames that suited my face and personal style, and I really appreciated her honest recommendations. Choosing a new pair of glasses can feel overwhelming with so many options, but Mona made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I never felt rushed, and she genuinely wanted to make sure I found a pair that I felt confident and comfortable wearing.   Came today to get two glasses. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. Mona, most especially, took care of us so well. She made great recommendations and was very thorough with the process. You won’t be scared to ask her anything and she’s so knowledgeable as well. Nobody cares for eyes more than Pearle :)

  Just finished right this moment. The doctors and staff were so accommodating and helpful. The process was also quite fast. Mona, who assisted us most of the time, was the best! She was so helpful and warm towards us. A very hands-on person who was really efficient. She gave such good insight especially when me and my sister were picking out frames. Would definitely come back and ask for her 100%!

  Fantastic experience. I was greeted and taken care of as soon as I walked in. All staff were helpful and welcoming. I was a walk-in and they were transparent about wait times on a busy day. They allowed me to walk around the mall and called once the optometrist was ready, which actually wasn't as long as I expected. Dr. Roslyn Cheung was very informative and knowledgeable. She did a very thorough examination and explained everything along the way, I never once felt rushed despite the crowds. Mona worked with me to find the best frames and made great suggestions, she knew exactly which frames would suit my face. OveralI, I would highly recommend.

  I had a really great experience at Pearle Vision, and I especially want to appreciate Lysandro for his amazing customer service. I went to the store because I had two pairs of glasses where the lenses were perfectly fine, but unfortunately the frames had broken. I had already checked with other places like LensCrafters and Specsavers, but I was told that I would need to purchase completely new glasses along with new frames. When I came to Pearle Vision, Lysandro took the time to actually understand my situation and was incredibly helpful. He patiently helped me look through different frame options and had me try several until we found ones that I felt comfortable with. He also made sure the frames were properly fitted and adjusted them for me. What really stood out to me was the attention and patience he gave me. He never made me feel rushed or pressured to buy something new. He genuinely tried to find a solution that worked for me, and I really appreciated that. Thank you, Lysandro, for making the whole experience so easy and pleasant. Excellent customer service, great attention to detail, and a genuinely kind approach. I would definitely recommend Pearle Vision Scarborough Town Centre, and especially Lysandro, to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their customers! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
