I had a great experience with Lorj, Kumar and TJ today at the STC LensCrafters location! They were able to help me understand exactly what type of glasses would suit my face, helped me process my order with my insurance, and made the entire process so seamless.
I will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends and family to these 3 individuals specifically. Never felt more welcomed and content with a purchase in store!

Thanks TJ. I experienced wonderful customer service from sales associates to store manager!
I went to this store after visiting another where the salesperson for his benefits without any hesitation told me that my eye sight is worse and have got some kind of big problem that even the doctor didn’t mention.. ☹️
But at lenscrafters, I felt like they are not just focusing on their profit but customer satisfaction too. If you’re looking for good service and collections, check out Lenscrafters at Stc.

I recently visited LensCrafters for a new pair of glasses and had an excellent experience. I already knew which frames I wanted, and Ayman helped me through the entire process from start to finish.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making everything easy and straightforward. He took the time to answer my questions and ensured I was comfortable with my choices. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Ayman definitely delivered.
I highly recommend LensCrafters, and if you have the chance to work with Ayman, you're in great hands!

I’d be careful purchasing from this LensCrafters location. We tried to return a brand new pair of sunglasses after 2 days because they did not fit properly, even after 2 adjustments. The manager denied the return because there was a fingerprint/smudge on the lens, which he claimed counted as “damage.” We explained that a smudge is not damage and doesn’t align with their own return policy, but he argued that it didn’t matter.
We took the glasses to the LensCrafters at Don Mills and they processed the return without any issue. Also provided much better customer service from the moment we walked in. The difference between the two locations was very noticeable. Honestly felt as if the STC location only cares about their bottom line, I’d go to a different location if possible

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of my Armani eyeglass frames and the after-sale support I received.
I purchased Armani frames from LensCrafters because Armani is marketed as a premium brand and LensCrafters presents itself as a premium optical retailer. I expected better quality than the no-name frames I had purchased from small independent optical stores over the years.
Instead, these have been the worst glasses I have ever owned.
The original Armani frame failed when one of the arms detached in less than a year. In decades of wearing glasses, I have never had this happen with any of my inexpensive no-name frames from independent optical stores.
Fortunately, I had paid extra for the warranty, so the frame was replaced. However, the replacement frame eventually suffered the same type of failure. Once again, an arm detached from the frame.
When I visited a LensCrafters location in Ajax looking for assistance, I was essentially told that nothing could be done. The only help offered was a temporary tape repair that failed almost immediately.
What happened next is what I find most frustrating. Instead of receiving a durable solution from the retailer or manufacturer, I had to repair the glasses myself. I used a strand of network cable wire to hold the frame together, which worked better than the repair provided at the store. Later, I discovered that the arm from an old no-name pair of glasses fit closely enough that I was able to force it into the Armani frame and keep the glasses usable.
Today, the other original Armani arm has failed as well, and I will once again have to salvage parts from another inexpensive no-name frame in order to continue using these glasses.
The reality is that the cheap no-name glasses I purchased from small optical stores have proven to be more durable than these Armani frames. The replacement parts from those inexpensive glasses are literally keeping my Armani glasses functional.
My family spent thousands of dollars at LensCrafters on multiple pairs of glasses, including mine, my ex-wife's, and my children's. The sales experience was excellent. Unfortunately, once the product was sold and problems began, the level of support was completely different.
From my experience, the Armani name added cost but not quality. The frames failed repeatedly, the warranty replacement failed as well, and I ultimately had to engineer my own repairs using parts from cheaper glasses that have proven more reliable.
That is not the level of quality or service I expected from either Armani or LensCrafters.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
