- ASArti Singh4 days ago1.0I’ve been a loyal customer of LensCrafters for over 20 years. For most of those 20 years I’ve had exceptional service. Myself and my mom get glasses and sunglasses here. My mom came in a few weeks ago, the screw on her glasses fell off. There was person to change the screw, and my mom a pensioner was upselled on a new frame and glasses (that she needs no doubt) but she came for a screw, instead of helping her, you guys were upselling her new glasses and frames. I was sad for her that she could not be helped when she needed it. Because it’s her only pair. Anyway, I repaired her glasses myself, and we’re taking our business elsewhere. Thanks - business already taken elsewhere.
