  My grandma recently went to Amplifon for a hearing test, and we had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, Marissa greeted us with such warmth. Marissa was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure my grandma felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding, which made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable for my grandma. The hearing test was explained thoroughly, and we never felt rushed or pressured. Marissa genuinely took the time to make sure we understood everything and felt confident about the next steps. We really appreciate the excellent customer service and care that Marissa provided. It’s clear that she truly cares about her clients and wants them to have the best experience possible!! Thank you, Marissa for taking such great care of my grandma!

  I had a wonderful experience at Amplifon for my hearing test, and I would especially like to thank Marissa Persaud for her excellent service. Marissa was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive she was during the hearing assessment. The entire experience was smooth, welcoming, and professional. I would definitely recommend Marissa Persaud and Amplifon to anyone looking for a hearing test or hearing care services.   Second time coming with my dad to get his hearing checked and wow. Day and night difference in experiences. The first office we went to was distasteful. No explanation of the test, we were just told "you need hearing aids and it will cost 6000" Our experience with Marissa was far from. Marissa not only explained every detail of the test to us but she made sure we understood before moving along, and left us ample time for questions. There was no rush and she very clearly took her time to address each and every one of our concerns about the test and the hearing aids. We both were not excited for this appointment after the first experience but left feeling informed, happy and truly impressed by the level of service and care received throughout the appointment. Thank you Marissa, and Amplifon. Will never go anywhere else!

  Wonderful hearing aid clinic. Rhianna is so patient and thorough with everything. The doctor was kind and great with my Dad and I would highly recommend them. Best hearing aids he’s ever had.

  My mother has been treated with such kindness at this location. The staff is very friendly, polite and respectful. The attention given to my mother's needs is exceptional. The location is clean and well maintained. We are very happy with the services received. Happy we changed over to this location.
