The glasses I purchased was so unreal, I visited the store 3 times to get it fixed and finally on my 4th visit I met NASIM, she was the BEST, she knew at once what the problem was, and she was able to resolve it. Excellent customer service, so professional, thanks so much Nasim! You're the BEST! Looking forward to pickup my glasses soon.

I’ve been twice looking for glasses, both times the employees completely ignored my existence even after waiting at the front counter with glasses in my hand ready to purchase.

I had a wonderful customer service experience with Ms. Nasrin during my recent visit to the Hillcrest Mall branch, and I would like to take a moment to recognize her exceptional service.
Ms. Nasrin is highly customer-oriented, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to her clients’ needs. What impressed me most was her excellent interpersonal and communication skills. She took the time to understand my needs, provided thoughtful and knowledgeable guidance, and built a strong sense of trust throughout the process. As a result, I felt completely comfortable making the decision to order my optical sunglasses at this location.
My experience was especially meaningful because, a couple of years ago, I had a very unpleasant experience at this centre and left with the impression that I would not return. Ms. Nasrin completely changed that perception. For the first time, I felt comfortable, respected, and confident in the guidance I received.
I sincerely hope that Ms. Nasrin’s dedication, professionalism, and commitment to providing an excellent customer experience are recognized and appreciated by both the company and its management. Employees who build trust and create such a positive experience truly make a difference in how customers feel about a business.
Thank you, Ms. Nasrin, for your outstanding service and for restoring my confidence in this location.

Edit: I’d like to update my review based on my recent experience. I received an email from LensCrafters regarding my concerns, and when I went to pick up my frame, the store manager personally approached me, provided a clear explanation, and made sure I had all the information I needed. I really appreciated her professionalism and effort to address my concerns.
First review: I was genuinely upset and disappointed with my recent experience at LensCrafters in Hillcrest Mall. After my eye exam, I decided to purchase new lenses only, without even looking for new frames. Unfortunately, the service felt rushed, dismissive, and far from welcoming.
The staff member didn’t greet me, simply asked for my prescription, checked the system, gave me a price without explaining the different lens options or their differences, and immediately brought the payment machine. When I mentioned that I had insurance and wanted to use it, I was told they were busy and that I could do it myself. My home address wasn’t even updated in the system.
I understand that stores can get busy, and I would have been completely willing to wait 10–15 minutes for proper service. What upset me most was feeling that basic customer care and respect were being treated as an inconvenience. I’ve received much better service at this same location before, which made this experience even more disappointing. Being busy is understandable, but it shouldn’t come at the expense of treating customers properly.

Got my glasses here 3 years ago, wore them carelessly (didn't keep them in their case when not wearing them, just kinda wore them into the ground) today they fixed them free of charge, and when I asked for a tissue so I could clean the lenses with the cleaning solution I'd just purchased, they cleaned them for me with their own bottle of solution and said I don't have to open my new bottle right now.
I thought I'd have to buy new glasses today or at the very least pay for them to be fixed. Very happy with the service here, definitely coming back and purchasing new glasses from here when I eventually get a new prescription. Highly recommend Hillcrest mall lenscrafters!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
