The first Amplifon clinic I had the pleasure of dealing with was the Richmond Hill location at Major Mackenzie and Arnold - The Office Manager/Administrator/Receptionist Michelle was the first person in over two years of phoning customer service and clinics to answer the call with a clear, coherent and respectful speaking voice. If you have ever called not only other medical clinics and centres but businesses such as: Bank of Montreal MasterCard, Alectra or Koodo to list just a handful of phone customer service examples - one would have a breath of fresh air and be once again returned to an era - a very much lost era, of Clear, Understandable, intelligent professionals who at the frontlines of Brands/Corporations take pride in proper service and presentation - here you have Amplifon. She was even more lovely in person and the quality of her work undoubtedly speaks volumes for Amplifon’s reputation. Likewise to Michelle, Jennifer at the helm of the front desk ship at the Amplifon Newmarket location also provided exceptional customer service and in person was e tremendously helpful and accommodating for my elderly father. The Audiologist Jennifer M. Manderson is patient, caring, knowledgeable and helpful in every way one hoped an appointment with an Audiologist would be. She explained terminology and concepts to me and my elderly father to have us understand about hearing and other auditory challenges. Highly recommend Amplifon!
