Ironworks Health & Wellness started life as a powerlifting and hardcore gym. Today we pride ourselves on our evolution into a health and wellness centre and celebrate our diverse membership, which comes in all shapes, sizes, abilities and ages.
We have something for everyone, from those looking for a new wellness lifestyle to the serious fitness buff. In addition to the group classes like yoga, TRX, Fit2Function and more, we offer specialized wellness programs and often partner with other local organizations to provide additional programs.
