- RTRoger Tieche1 day ago1.0A calamity of errors. I visited the store to order 2 pairs of reading glasses and a pair of regular sunglasses. 1. the receipt/email had my first AND last name misspelled when reviewing email receipt. I called and spoke with person that 'corrected' my name on receipt and said new email would be sent...email never received as the person had now updated my email with incorrect name (it was fine before). 2. had to go into store to clarfiy/correct ALL contact and name issues. While in store I again clarified with store associate that I was getting 2 reading glasses and sunglasses...I was told yes 3 pairs of glasses. 3. 12 says later order came in to store...upon doing pickup there were only 2 pairs (one reading and one sunglasses) and to boot the sunglasses had prescription lenses installed which I did NOT ask for!! Complete mess from day one until pickup...not a good experience!!

The staff are all great, I've dealt mostly with Beverly and she provides great support and knowledge especially with switching to transitionals. She completely understands the customers needs and explains things thoroughly. Definitely recommend!

I was so worried about the measurements for the bifocals as this has presented a problem in the past from a different optical company but the staff was excellent and knew exactly what they were doing. Thank-you to everyone at Pearle Vision Pickering Town Center for the good experience!
